What is EFM?

EFM (Equipping for Ministry) is a two-year program designed to equip believers to minister more effectively in both their church and the world. For the individual who wants to commit to the entire Two-Year EFM Track, hands-on requirements include ministry involvement and a mentoring relationship. Those who complete the EFM track will receive a certificate of completion.

Students wanting to enroll in EFM must be accepted into the program by  completing the EFM Admission Application. Students must also identify a ministry and a mentor in their local church and indicate both of them on the Mentor Contract, which should be submitted to SOMA as part of the EFM application process.

After applying, all EFM students must also register and pay for courses online.
